What the price includes
Every charter we run is private. You are not sharing the boat, and the itinerary is yours to shape. Included as standard:
- A licensed local captain and crew who know the banks and the reef
- Snorkelling gear for everyone aboard
- Beach pickup in front of your hotel, resort or villa — or from TCI Ferry or Turtle Cove Marina if your property has no water access
- Complimentary drinks: island rum punch, beers, sodas, juice and water
- A customised itinerary — sandbars, the La Famille Express shipwreck, Little Water Cay (Iguana Island), Fort George Cay, Noah’s Ark and Captain Oak’s Tiki Bar
Full-day charters add a full Caribbean meal prepared by a private chef — jerk chicken, steak and shrimp kabobs, snapper, BBQ ribs, seasonal lobster, peas and rice, mac and cheese, plantains, salad, bruschettas and fruit, with margaritas and punch alongside. They also push further out, across the Caicos Banks to North and Middle Caicos, the barrier reef, Half Moon Bay and the remote sandbars.
Luxury yacht charters swap in champagne and gourmet snacks, and the catamaran runs a water slide off the back — the reason it is the family pick.
What is not included
- Government Tourism Tax. A 12% tourism tax applies to tour services in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Confirm with us at the time of booking exactly how this applies to your charter.
- Gratuity. Tipping the crew is customary and at your discretion.
- Transport to the pickup point if your accommodation has no beach access.

The catamaran scales furthest because it carries up to 40. A half-day catamaran charter at full capacity works out at $7,200, or $180 per person — for a private boat with a slide, a chef-free but fully stocked bar, and forty of your own people on board.
How we compare to a shared group tour
Shared catamaran tours out of Providenciales typically advertise somewhere around $100–$150 per person for a half day. On paper that undercuts a private charter. In practice the comparison is closer than it looks once your group reaches a certain size.
At 14 guests, our half-day private boat charter is $146.43 per person — inside the range of a shared tour, except that nobody else is on the boat, the itinerary is yours, and you are not waiting on forty strangers to get back from a snorkelling stop.
The break-even sits at roughly eight to ten guests. Below that, a shared tour is cheaper per head. Above it, a private charter is comparable or better on price and considerably better on experience. If you are a couple or a family of four, the honest answer is that you are paying a premium for privacy — and that is a perfectly reasonable thing to pay for, but you should know that is what you are buying.
